Their focus is on simplifying our complex technology solutions into a single, simple message that resonates; then crafting the innovative strategies that build our brand while generating demand and retaining clients. Jeff has more than 25 years of marketing experience in internet technologies, consumer products and B2B services. He holds a BS in Management from Bentley College, an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and is Pragmatic Marketing Certified. An avid 80’s and jam/funk music fan, Jeff’s always listening or watching live when he’s not in the office.

Senior Account Manager, Travel, Google

Marco del Rosario is a Senior Global Account Manager at Google. He leads relationships between Google and top tier partners in the travel industry. He has been in Digital Advertising at Google for four years. Before Google, Marco was on the Global Digital Marketing Team at Starbucks where he managed seasonal promotions across digital platforms. He is from the Philippines, attended the University of Washington, and is a big sports fan.

Amy Forss

Amy is a veteran hospitality sales professional who got her start in hotel group sales.

A natural connector, Amy is a tireless prospector who lives and breathes her passion for innovation in sales and catering. Amy is a technology adopter, and leverages her experience in high-growth B2B technology sales with her hotelier background to enable her to easily demonstrate the value of technology and variety of use cases. 

Amy spent the beginning of her career with Starwood Hotels and Caesars Entertainment before moving to the technology side (Pegasus Solutions, Rainmaker, and now, iVvy).  In her current role, Amy helps hotel sales teams be more efficient, compete against threats in the meeting space sector, and unburden themselves from heavy, legacy technology. 

Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Arizona State University, a Masters of Hospitality Administration for UNLV, and lives in sunny southern California with her multi-generational family.

Mike Pavicich

Mike Pavicich serves as Director, Hospitality Sales with The Rainmaker Group.  In his role, Mike works with hotels in delivering revenue management solutions through Rainmakers industry-leading technology platforms.

A seasoned hospitality executive, Mike has held leadership roles in traditional hotels, casino companies and senior roles in travel technology.  Some of the companies Mike has served include, Hyatt Hotels, Station Casinos, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Orbitz Worldwide and Expedia.

A graduate of University of Nevada – Las Vegas, Mike is an active Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Mia and coaching his two sons in football and lacrosse.

Vikram Pradhan

From launching a luxury travel startup to strategizing revenue for 600+ hotels, Vikram has been intimately involved in the travel and hospitality business for over 15 years. 

Vikram's recent venture was a travel startup - SuiteStory, specializing in luxury suites for High Net Worth individuals. He is not only an expert in strategy but also the future of travel technology. Vikram left Starwood in 2015 as the Director of Revenue Strategy - North America for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, overseeing 600+ hotels in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. Previously, he was an internal consultant for four years, evaluating revenue strategies in markets around the world. Vikram also opened the St. Regis Hotel, San Francisco as the Director of Revenue Management.

Vikram holds two M.B.A. degrees from Columbia Business School (New York), and London Business School (London). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, Providence.

He brings a deep understanding of macroeconomic trends and travel consumer behavior to create a complete picture of the travel industry landscape. Vikram is a sought-after authority in forecasting the future of travel.


Glenn Wirick

EVP Sales & Marketing @ Pegasus

Glenn Wirick has a passion for solving customers’ biggest challenges with next-generation technology and services. Wirick joined Pegasus Solutions in 2015 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he is engaged in delivering a world-class selling and marketing communications organization.

After more than 20 years working in software and business development, Wirick’s passion and hands-on approach to solving customer challenges have allowed him to forge lasting customer relationships around the globe. Glenn has lived in the US, Asia and Europe, where he has built and managed multi-national sales and service delivery organizations. At Pegasus, his focus is on helping hoteliers compete in a rapidly changing marketplace by applying the right combination of innovation, expertise and services.

Wirick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales and Product Management from Arizona State University. When he’s not working, Wirick enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with his wife to tropical and mountain destinations.

Brandon Erhardt

Director for Platform Services - Loyalty @ Expedia

Brandon Ehrhardt leads VIP Access, Expedia Group’s platform loyalty program. In this role Brandon is focused on scaling the VIP Access network, Expedia Group’s exclusive network of curated hotels. Previously, Brandon helped lead research projects for Lodging Partner Services. Prior to joining Expedia Group, Brandon was responsible for designing and implementing regional Revenue Management strategies at United Airlines. He currently resides in Chicago and is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is passionate about the travel industry with nearly ten years of experience in both the lodging and air sectors.


Rahul Arora

Head of Digital Services, Pegasus

Rahul Arora comes from a family of hoteliers, and has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 13 years. His passion for the hotel, travel and hospitality space is evidenced by his dedication to multiple roles and levels within the industry, most recently establishing hotel management, distribution and destination management companies.

Now as Head of Pegasus Digital Services, Rahul’s group works with hotels and chains in the areas of digital marketing, meta search marketing, direct web bookings, and market and customer analytics. Pegasus Digital Services consistently makes news for implementing game-changing technologies for its hotel customers.
